Polls have closed in parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan. With less than two hours until polling stations closed at 8 p.m. local time on November 28, a record low turnout seemed likely with the Central Election Committee (BShK) reporting that only around 28 percent of eligible voters had cast ballots.
